My makeup journey did not start until later in life – at the ripe age of 30!  Here I am 7 years later, continuing to learn and grow in the beauty industry.  With a background in Esthetics, I completed my training at the Aveda Institute in the Woodlands, TX.  While attending Aveda, I had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful ladies, including several makeup artists.  This is how I discovered my true passion in makeup. A big thank you to those ladies who let my inexperienced hands grace their face xoxo.  I am currently training up in semi-permanent makeup artistry (PMUA) as well!  With both makeup and PMUA, I get the joy of taking a person’s natural beauty and accentuating it.  What a fabulous feeling it is to see and to share these empowering and beautiful moments with one another!

Ok-ok-ok enough about my profession!  So me personally, I am born and raised in South East Texas.  I moved to Houston to go to college – the big city!  I have fallen in love with the Houston area and all of the opportunities and diversity.  Although I have my roots in the city, deep down I would say I am more of a country girl.  My hubs, my daughter, and I live in Sienna, Missouri City, TX.  When I am not helping others look and feel beautiful, I am spending time with my family, cooking (eating), dancing, being silly, traveling, going to church, and yoga!
