Sacramento Balloon

Sacramento Balloon Co., originally known as Sacramento Balloon and Toy Company, began in 2002 by Terry and Barbara McKinney.  In 2007, Steve and Cathy Rostratter purchased the store from the McKinneys and renamed the store Sacramento Balloon Company. In March 2018, the Rostatter’s retired and sold the business to Ray Smith who currently maintains the retail location with 1,500 sq. ft. of balloons, helium and balloon accessories.

We are here to offer the community with unique balloons and balloon decor that will enhance and make any event more memorable.
