Among the ideas was the investment of a full-size food cart that could feed small gatherings to large crowds. We set on a quest to find a company to manufacture our cart for which we waited 10 weeks to receive in a huge crate and then after another 4 weeks of trying to get a license plate we were ready to hit the streets.

We later introduced Tapas at some of the best breweries in H-town. Our signature Chilean Angus beef empanadas became a hit and shortly after that the top selling item. To top it all off we launched our Signature J’s Bourbon Sauce early in fall and found out we had to make by the gallons every week to keep up with demand.
