My name is Kevin Mason. I am the Owner and Executive Chef of Mason’s Creative Catering. I was born and raised in Houston and lived in New Orleans for ten years working with other talented chefs to bring the big bold Texas style cooking to New Orleans flavor and spice.  We customize menus for every client because we believe each item on a menu should reflect the clients style, embody the purpose for the gathering, and excite guests .
