Ricardo “Ricky” Lopez is the co-owner of JoeOne Hibachi. As a high school student, Ricky began his work in the culinary industry at a hibachi restaurant. He was trained in 2012 by his business collaborator Joe Solano as a hibachi chef. After nearly a decade of experience at three different hibachi restaurants, Ricky has refined his skill set and loves to entertain patrons through his cooking. He continues to learn new hibachi tricks through his mentor Joe and his own practice to keep his cooking innovative and exciting.
