As long as I can remember, I’ve had a camera in my hands. From the blurred pictures of 5 year old me on the kitchen cabinets blinding my sister with the flash of a 110 Kodak, to documenting every trip we ever took as a family, pictures have been as essential to my existence as breathing. By the time I reached college, I was studying for a completely different field when I realized that photography was going to be far more than just a hobby for me. I knew I had found my calling within 30 minutes of my first class. There, a friend told me I should barter with people for headshots for the new website everyone was joining – Facebook. From that humble beginning, Imagine That Pix was born. After HBU, I studied online and obtained my certification from New York Institute of Photography and now, my work has been featured globally.
I shoot with a photo-journalistic style that is accompanied by classic portraiture. Outdoor photography is my specialty, but I also love working in great venues. Through our weddings and other sessions, I have shot many of the best venues not just in the Houston area, but across the country. But my favorite part is working with the vast array of clients I have had over the years.
Local publications like the Fort Bend Star and City of Sugar Land have run my images in papers and the City of Sugar Land – Best of Sugar Land calendar. CNN Money featured Imagine That Pix for a piece on start up companies with my work as a photographer for the article. I’ve worked with companies like Petco, Bechtel, and Kaplan, volunteered for Silverado Hospice and Young Survival Coalition, and participated in countless fundraisers for charity. I am the top rated photographer for Fort Bend County through Thumbtack, and won Best of Thumbtack 2015, have maintained a 5 star rating online in every review platform I am listed under, and have been thrilled to be voted as Best of theKnot Wedding Photographer from 2014-2016!
