
I studied comparative literature in English and French at UC Berkeley. Post college I moved to Paris and worked in a photo lab and cozy Vietnamese restaurant. I assisted some fashion photographers and realized that wasn’t for me; I am most inspired by real people and their stories.

Directing and producing a short documentary film about my mom, who started a second career in her 60’s working as an extra in film and tv. She’s been everything from an alien nun in a Marilyn Manson video to a distinguished wedding guest in Glee; find out more here.
