Chef Juan Catering Kitchen

Chef Juan’s story begins in Mexico, where he first came into contact with the food that his father and mother would cook and prepare for the family. His father was a butcher who would bring fresh meat and fish from the market, and his mother would then turn them into delicious meals. For years he witnessed how food would bring his family together. Soon after immigrating to the United States he turnes to the kitchen to concoct many different dishes in hopes to ease his home sickness. After many years of experimenting, and many years of experience in a number of kitchens around the Sacramento area, in many different types of cuisine, such as Italian Cuisine, French Cuisine, Contemporary and Classic American Cuisine, he has been able to take his dishes to a whole new level. Chef Juan now is bringing the true taste of gastronomy to your special events.
