John Paul Khoury has been a certified Chef de Cuisine for over two decades through the American Culinary Federation, one of the most respected authorities on cooking in America. He has also attended courses and received certificates from the Culinary Institute of America Greystone in the Napa Valley.

John Paul has a long history in Sacramento and strong ties to the community. Some of the highlights of his career have been working under outstanding chefs including Masa Nishiyama at the Hyatt Regency at Capitol Park where John Paul was Chef de Cuisine in DAWSON’S, the hotel’s flagship restaurant. He also spent over a decade as Corporate Chef with a high end boutique Bay Area meat company working closely with chefs and sustainable meat programs providing exceptional quality products to fine restaurants including several Michelin starred establishments. He is a center of the plate specialist and was an adjunct instructor at the acclaimed Napa Valley Cooking School in the Napa Valley College.

He looks forward to bringing his culinary background and years in the hospitality industry to his personal chef service to satisfy the needs of his discerning clientele with professionalism and integrity.
