
Bare Bakery believes in a new way of baking. We believe that by using gluten-free, grain-free flours (like almond or coconut) and natural sweeteners (like honey or coconut sugar) we accomplish the creation of a gourmet product that we are proud to overly-share with people wanting to indulge with us. These high quality ingredients make it easy for us to create superior sweets that you won’t feel guilty about enjoying.
It started with an out-of-this-world, four-ingredient coconut macaroon. “How are these easy, heavenly treats not BAD for you!? Everyone should eat these!” It is our goal to spread the word about this movement and eventually share our desserts with establishments in need of a specialty option. We hope that one day, this “specialty option” will be more of the norm.
